Pon Holdings overtager Dorel Sports

Med overtagelsen af Dorel Sports og store cykelbrands som Cannondale, GT, Mongoose og  Schwinn, bliver Pon Holdings der i forvejen tæller cykelbrands som Santa Cruz Bicycles, Cervelo, Focus, Gazelle, Kalkhof og Urban Arrow hermed verdens største  cykelproducent målt på omsætning og vælter hermed Giant af pinden. Handlen har kostet dem i omegnen af 810 millioner dollars.
